Final Blog!

 Hey Bloggers,

                After looking at the Unit 3 assessment and my physical, psychological and spiritual health I feel that my scores have enhanced. In Unit 3 I scored my physical a 7, psychological 6 and my spiritual 4. Now I would score my physical at an 8, psychological a 7 and my spiritual a 6. The scores have changed from the beginning of the class and the end of it, I believe because this course changed my view on what it means to be human. All of the parts that have to connect in order for us to live our lives the way they were intended. I also think that I tried harder then I used to to keep myself balanced. When looking at the goals  I set for myself I believe that I have made progress in each aspect. I meditate every morning to enhance my psychological, I work out 60 minutes a day and I have been keeping a quit time for prayer and spiritual healing. I have implemented some of the activities that I chose for my well-being. I have began to, especially at work, implement the breathing techniques I learned in order to keep my anxiety down. My yoga is going great to help my psychological and my spiritual. I believe through the course of this class I have definitely improved my well-being, not only through just working out but my the other three parts of the diagram as well. I think that the only difficult part of the course was to go to the place that makes everyone emotionally attached to the exercise. I think that this class has given me the confidence and the knowledge to assist in helping the client as well as educated them. I hope everyone had a great term and have a good year!

  1. It is evident that you have made some tremendous strides in self improvement since the unit 3 assessment. I think that goes to show what an impact a little knowledge into a different area can make on ones life. I personally have made improvements in various aspects of my life and though I still could benefit from a little harder work, I am pleased to say that I am far better off than where I started off at. It was nice to meet you and I wish you the best of luck in your future.

    Yes this journey has finally come to an end. I think that it is wonderful that you are making progress toward the goals you set for yourself. I think the tools presented within this course are very helpful in advancing toward goals set. For instance providing information about the benefits of meditation, and learning how important it is to take time out for yourself, and distress from the day. I hope that you are able to reach the goals you set for yourself, and to not be frustrated, because is not about how fast, but what you are able to learn during the progress of that journey.
